Tuesday

Pretty good day of training, weighed in at 147 for 3 days in a row now, seem to be losing about 1lb every 2 weeks. Pretty much right on schedule.

Swim 3000 meters, kind of made it up as I went along, not too hard since it wasn't the focus of the day's exercise, just time in the water.
600 warm up
200 (25 fly 175 free)
200 (25 back 175 free)
200 (25 breast 175 free)
100 IM
200 (25 fly 175 free)
300 pull on 6:00
2X150 free on 6:00
300 pull
3X100 free
300 pull/cool down

Bike Cycle 60 spin class Endurance workout - the day's highest priority workout.

I did the class as the instructor dictated it, not really a killer workout but you don't get a break on the spin bike since it's a fixie. Added loads to stay in the prescribed HR zone as she requested.

Run 5 miles easy 42:48 HR 143 on treadmill after Cycle 60 class just to add in the junk milage.
