Eased into it pretty well. I like a longer warmup than 10 minutes so I run a mile, stretch a little more, run half a mile then go into the reps.
Today I was quickly up to speed, I'm learning how to run faster and feel much more comfortable doing it.
7.0 miles 57:18 HR 150
1.5 miles warm up
8 X .25 fast .25 easy 6:49, 6:45, 6:40, 6:36, 4X6:31
1.5 mile cool down
I've decided to try and swim tomorrow morning as I may be able to get on the MTB later in the day instead of the spin class
