Sat morning masters swim

I have to write this before I forget it.
4125yds - I'll explain later
650 warm up
4X375 pull on 6:00 (I screwed up the count on these but then made up for it)
6X50 kick
12X100 IM (I skipped one)
4X100 on 1:40
8X50 on :55 decending on 4's (we got to 6)
200 cool down (didn't do)

Explaination: I screwed up and counted 7 lengths for 3 of the 375's and not 15, we made up 400 of that after the kicks which still left us 125 short.
