Mon Swim 4000 E2

Tue Bike 1:00 group, run 5 miles (not necessarily in that order)

Wed Run Long 14 miles (about 2:05)

Thu Swim 4000 E2, Bike 1:00 (Big gear/Little gear)

Fri Swim 2000, Run 3-4 miles easy

Sat Swim 4000, Bike 2:00, Run 5 miles

Sun Bike 2:00, run 6 miles



Feeling good after last week but found it tough to swim the day after the long run. Sunday was done early so it seemed like I had the day off and relaxed the rest of the day.
