The days of training with little nutrition are over.
Bonked on run cuz I didn't feed myself enough. I did 2 gels on the bike and should have done one before the run. I wound up taking a break for about 5 min after I ate a gel and then when I felt better, I ran back home.
Swim 3000 in about 60 min with FAST
Bike 38.3 miles in 2:03:00 HR 132
Run 3.5 miles in 30:25 HR 142
