Thursday's swim

4200 yds in 1:25:00, it is a modified Gordo workout. I made the first part of each set a pull cuz I did my long run yesterday and wanted to make it a bit easier.



1000yd warm up (200Pull,200Kick,200Swim,100Kick,4X25Build,200Swim)

500 pull, 5X100 fast :20 RI

400 pull, 4X100 fast

300 pull, 3X100 fast

200 pull, 2X100 fast

100 pull, 100 fast

200 cool down
