Swam a force workout today. It's the first time I've ever swam a whole workout with my paddles. Right now I'm just following a short plan that's in my swim workout book. The new training plan should be a couple of weeks away.

600 warm up
8X150 Pull (DESC 1-8) :20RI
8X100 Pull (DESC 1-8) :15RI
8X50 Pull (DESC 1-8) :10RI
100 cool down
4.25 miles on treadmill #7, Ave HR 147, 37:21
PE seemed high so I took it easy. I want to try and run 4 miles tomorrow and get 1500yds in the pool to get my 10,000yds for the week.
