Thursday's swim

I was still feeling the effects of wednesday's run so I went with my usual pull session for this swim.



4000yds 1:23:00

1000yd warm up, (200S,200K,200P,200K,200S)

2X300 Pull with paddles on 5:15-5:20

6X50 Fast :15 RI

2X300 Pull

4X50 Fast

3X300 Pull

2X50 Fast

300 cool down



Raining outside so I did some flexibility instead of biking, friday it's supposed to be real nice outside :)
