Saturday

I probably should have gone easier today but I had so much training to do to keep on schedule.



Swim 4000yds 1:25:00

I've done this one several times and it used to my favorite, I led the whole workout.



500 warm up

4X700 as follows

--250 pull

--250 moderate

--100 kick

--100 fast

8X50 on 1:00 odds non-free

300 cool down



Bike 22.6 miles in 1:15 easy, forgot HRM but it would probably be high 120's or low 130's



Run 3.1 miles easy 26:00 HR 147
