500 pre warm up
300 swim, 300 kick warm up
8X150 pull with paddles decending 1-8 :20 rest
8X100 pull with paddles decending 1-8 :15 rest
8X50 pull with paddles decending 1-8 :10 rest
400 cool down
I've done this swim a couple of weeks ago but this time I brought it up to 4000 total yards. I was a bit tired today cuz of some late nights but I will catch up some tonight with some extra rest.
After I got home I ran 6 miles on Hines Drive, 52:40 HR 153, 35 degrees outside so it wasn't too bad. It's nice to get on the road again.
Friday will be a bit easier with just a bike ride of about 1:30:00 to do. I want to be a bit more rested for saturday's master swim than I have been for the last few weeks.
