4X500 decending (9:00,8:55,8:50,8:40) :30 RI
400 cool down (200 kick, 200 pull)
Felt really strong in the water today, it's about time!!! Still kept it short.
Run 3 miles easy, 26:00, HR 150, was going to run 5 but I was really hungry since I hadn't eaten since 9am and I forgot to bring some Gatorade with me today. That's fine, it's an easy week anyway.
