Yes, the easy week has come and gone and I feel much better now than I did earlier in the week. Today I did a very easy bike ride with my dad and then a tempo run afterwards with my dad pacing me on his bike. 20 miles on the bike in 1:15:00 (didn't even bother with the HRM) and 4 miles on the run in 31 minutes HR 165, 16 min out - 15 min back.
Next weeks plans are a little different since I will be on the bike more often.
Mon: Swim 4000, Endurance
Tue: Bike 1 Hour, run 4-5 miles
Wed: Long run 13 miles, approx 1:50
Thu: Swim 4000, bike 1 Hour
Fri: Swim 2000, run 3 miles
Sat: Swim with FAST 4000, bike 2 Hours, run 4-5 miles
Sun: Bike 1 Hour, run 5-6 miles
