I'm feeling so much stronger, now all I need to do is get 8 hours of sleep.
Swim during lunch 2500yds, 45 minutes
600 warm up (400 swim, 200 kick)
6X150 pull w/paddles decending pairs :20 rest
6X100 pull w/paddles decending pairs :15 rest
6X50 pull w/paddles decending pairs :10 rest
100 cool down
It seems really nice outside, I might be able to get a ride on Hines Drive today. :)
