Swim 2400yds Anerobic Endurance
Warm up 300S, 8X75 :15 RI, 300 kick
500 easy :20RI
3X75 fast :30 RI
1X75 easy :20 RI
2X75 fast :30 RI
1X75 easy :20 RI
1X75 fast
100 cool down
I swam most of the 75s in 1 min and really put everything I had into them. This was a fast training day so there was a lot of rest between the sets.
