Training plan goes like this:

This week goes like this:
Mon Bike 1.25 hrs
Tue Run 30 min, Bike 1 hr
Wed Run 90 min Q1 workout, supposed to be sunny
Thu Swim 1 hr, Bike 1.5 to 2 hrs
Fri Swim 30 min, Run Q2 workout 1 hr
Sat Swim 1.5 hrs Masters, Run 45 min
Sun Bike Hills Quality workout, Run 45 min with Gavin and whoever else we can con into it :)
Approx Volumes:
Swim 8000 yds
Bike 120 miles
Run 30 miles
Run Q1 workout is E run with 5 to 8 strides
Run Q2 10 min E, 8 X (400m R with 400m E to rec), 10 min E
Bike Quality workout, 4 trips up Tower hill with 30 min warm up and cool down and 10 to 15 min in between.
The next week will be very similar but with different bike quality workout
