Swim with Masters group in Brighton. I did the lane 4 workout cuz of all the off-stroke stuff.

600 warm up.

4X350 pull w/paddles @6:00

4X50 kick (25 fast, 25 easy)

4X200-4X25 IM order @:45

------100 IM

100 easy swim

8X50 free decending sets of 4

200 cool down



Run 5.2 miles 45:30 HR 145 on Hines drive.

Planned on more but it was cold and windy and I didn't dress properly.
