Friday nite

Swim with LALA at Franklin HS
3200 yards
warm up
4X100 kick
400 drill/swim
4X100 pull

200 IM - fly one arm drill
200 IM - reverse order
200 IM - (first time I've ever done this, it wasn't fast)

200 back - drill down swim back
200 back - kick down swim back
200 back

200 breast - 2 pull 1 kick down swim back
200 breast - 2 kick 1 pull down swim back
200 breast

200 cool down

Go out to dinner afterwards with friends. This is so nice, I call it healing time. If you knew me you would understand.
