After work

Swim 3500 meters in about 1:05
7X500 moderate pace :30 rest interval

Bike Cycle 60 class HR 138
Got there a little early and got an extra 15 minutes in.

Overall I felt really strong today, I would like to keep this up all week but I know I shouldn't. I will run longer tomorrow but with less intensity than yesterday and today.
