Run Q2 workout



1 mile warm up

3X5 min hard, 5 min easy

2 miles cool down



Watch got crazy and screwed up, I'll have to figure out the milage and times. I felt pretty strong and did the 5 min hard near a 7 min pace and the 5 min easy at an 8:25 pace.
