Weekly schedule 8/1 to 8/7

Mon - off

Tue Swim 2000 ME, Run 4 miles 8:30's, Bike 1 hour moderate

Wed Long run 13 miles 8:20's

Thu Swim 2000 Espd, bike 1 hour skills plus big gear

Fri Swim 2000 Anerobic Endurance, Run intervals 6X800 wu+cd

Sat Swim 3000 ow E2, Bike 3.5 hrs E2, Run trail right off of bike.

Sun Run 2 miles wu, Bike 56 E2-E3, Run 5 8:00's



The next week will be easy with a race at the end.



Mon Swim 2000 E2

Tue Bike 1 hour, run 3 miles easy

Wed Long run 10 miles HR 150-153

Thu Swim 2000 ME, bike 20 Skills

Fri Run 3 miles

Sat Swim 1500 ow E2, Bike 25 miles, Run 2

Sun Race Sylvania Triathlon - Olympic distance

Goals for race :25/1:06/:47 I will sacrifice time on the bike for a good run if I need to. The course is very flat, so fast bike times are expected, I'll try to hold 155bpm on the bike like I did at Muncie.
