4X100 on 1:50 (15 sec rest, comming in @ 1:35)

3X100 on 1:45 (10 sec rest)

3X100 on 1:50
100 cool down
Bike 22.8 1:05:50 HR 143, harder ride for race sim.
Run 4 miles 30:03 HR 154 but it was really a low zone 4 run and the HR from the first mile brought the average down.
