Monday - Tuesday

I took monday off to recover from the race. I felt OK but wanted to stay on the safe side.



Tuesday:

Swim 2500

500 warm up

5X100 on 2:00

10X100 on 1:50

500 cool down



Bike 41 miles in 2:13:00 HR 140

Run right after bike 5.1 miles 41:30 HR 154

90 degrees to start the bike then 86 degrees when the run started.
