Last week was pretty hectic with all of the hot weather and things to do, but quickly, here's what I did.
Thursday 6/10
Swim 1500yds open water at Spring Mill Pond
Bike 17 miles in about 50:00
Run 3 miles of trails in about 24:00
Friday
Swim 2000 at lunch
Run 8 miles, 1 mile wu, 6 miles tempo, 1 mile cd (92 degrees again!!!)
Saturday
Swim 1500yds at Trout Lake
Bike 14 miles of tempo (22mph)
Sunday
Race Ann Arbor Triathlon 1:43:53
Swim 800 meters 17:50 (really about 1000, no wetsuits)
Bike 14 miles in hills 39:21
Run 5 miles on a tough trail 43:02
I hit all of my goal except for my swim, I got bumped around quite a bit and had to catch my breath for a min, (pretty unusual for me)
