Tuesday's ride

The weather is supposed to get crappy soon so I got my shorter bike ride in today. 1:48:11, 36.4 miles, 20.2mph, HR 142. Little cool outside so I had to cover my arms and legs to keep warm, maybe 58 degrees. There was a wreck on Hines drive and when I rode by, I think I got something in my front tire cuz it went soft about 6 miles later. I found it by taking a sharp turn and losing the front end of the bike. That's my third fall this year, very uncharacteristic of me, 1 from a bee sting, 1 from a drunk driver and now 1 from a flat. I'm OK, just bumped my shoulder, spilled my gatorade and hurt my pride a little.
