Friday's workouts

Swam 2000 yds again in about 50 min, same swim as yesterday. 500 warm up(200 S, 100 K 200 S), 2x(200 pull, 200 moderate free, 100 kick, 100 IM), 100 fists, 100 easy pull, 100 cool down. I tried to ride on the trainer but 15 minutes is all that I could get in before I started to go crazy.
