Thursday workouts
Swim easy 2000 yds, drills, right and left side breathing, paddles, closed fists, pulls 48:00. Ran 8 miles, 1:14:25, 9:18 pace, HR 152, no gels, just some gatorade, really light when I got back, 149lbs, about 3lbs light but I have cut some calories for the last 2 weeks. Shoulder feels much better today but I still have the marks.
