Saturday FAST Swim

3500 yds Killer swim,
400 warm up (200S, 100K, 100S)
3X800 (200IM, 300Pull, 200Kick, 100Free hard),
10X50 odds non-free,
200 cool down.

I did the butterfly for the first IM but couldn't handle any more. Amy and others tried to teach me how to kick for the breast stroke but it just seems so weird to me but I am determined to get it. Going to try to run some miles later today.
