The weather doesn't seem to want to cooperate so I put 10 miles on the bike trainer and then ran 12 miles outside. I had just done a lot of bike maintenance and didn't want to trash the bike on the wet roads just to get in a few easy miles before my run. The run was an easy 12 miles, 1:53:42, ave HR 145, cool outside about 55 degrees and kind of misty, allmost ready to rain. I ran west today to get a little different route and had to guess where mile 6 was, it was probably just a tad long.
In a couple of days I will start my taper, I allready feel like I'm not doing enough for the race. Next week I will probably feel more of the same.
