Friday run

I did the 10 miles that I was going to do yesterday but only in the nice shoes:) 10 miles 1:35:41, HR 150. Felt really strong again, form feels good and I'm keeping my upper body relaxed well. Thought of doing some tempo work during the run but I was allready above race pace so in a sense, I was. Weekend is kind of screwed around cuz I have to work tomorrow, so a run is scheduled for tomorrow and the long bike is going to be on sunday.
