Saturday morning swim

It looked easy on paper but when we swam it, it hurt.
3700 yds (wu 200S,200K,100s,
8X200 on 3:45,
250 pull,
8X100 on 1:55,
7X50 odds non-free, 200 cd).

After the swim I went to my dad's house and did a lot of bike maintenance, it needed it.
