Since I was short on just about everything last week I opened this week with just over 3 hours. No gels or bars, just Gatorade, I had plenty of energy.

They seemed to like the workout.
Bike Spin class 60 minutes HR 136
Anerobic Intervals - I actually felt pretty good for this class
