Monday 2/9/9 swim

I took sunday off cuz our club put on a swim meet.
I was also kind of sore after saturday's run. I felt like someone hit my right upper thigh with a baseball bat. I'm good now though.

500 swim on 8:00 (in 7:25)
500 Pull on 8:00 (in 6:50)
500 swim on 8:00 (in 7:20)
500 Pull on 8:00 (in 7:00)
200 cool down
