Run 6 miles 50:49 HR 138

Moderate run on the treadmill.

Bike on trainer 1:10 HR 134 153 watts
15 min warm up
6X8 min (2 min @150watts, 2 min @170, 2 min over 200, 2 min easy)
Finish out time cooling down

I've been feeling stronger on the bike but still been having trouble riding for more than an hour at a time so I'm just going to go with more intensity untill I can stand it.

Since I won't be putting in the extra time in on the bike I'm going to jump my running time up a bit to increase my training stress at least untill I can get the bike outside again.

I've been feeling strong lately and I think it's cuz I've been getting a lot of sleep lately. I've gotten 8 to 8.5 hours a night for 6 nights a week for about 3 weeks now
