Sunday 11-20

Last day of the week went as planned.

Bike
Spin class, kept it easy since it was just junk miles
60 minutes HR 125

Run on Treadmill
8 miles 1:11 HR 133
Very easy since I was really only looking for run time not quality.

I'm starting to understand why we have easy runs...basicly to be able to do the next planned work out. Instead of running harder and needing 36 hours to recover, I ran easy and will be recovered by tomorrow morning and ready for a quality swim workout.
