4X500 as 100 hard/100 easy, pull, 100 hard/100 easy, pull w/paddles
200 cool down
I like the 100 hard/100 easy cuz the time goes by fast and it's easy to count but it sure is hard when it's done right.
Just for reference I brought the hard ones in at 8:10.
Run on treadmill (still too cold for me)
3.5 miles 30 minutes HR 135
Uneventfull junk miles
