Swim after work, kind of felt a little off.

2350 meters
800 warm up
300 pull
5X150 :15 rest (50 easy, 25 hard)
12X25 kick :10 rest
200 cool down

Bike when I got home
60 minutes 160 watts HR 137

15 min warm up
4X8 minutes moderately hard (174, 182, 185, 189 watts)
2 min easy between intervals
5 min easy
