Run 5.3 miles in 45 minutes with 16 min tempo HR 147
Thu
Run at lunch 4.7 miles in 40 minutes HR 139
Bike on Trainer 1:30 150 watts HR 131 again
Fri
Swim 2700 meters
Sat Swim 3800 yards
Run 7 miles in 1:00 HR 135
Bike on Trainer 1:06 135 watts HR 119
Sun
Planned 1 hour Bike
1:10 to 1:30 Run depending on how I feel
