Swimming is feeling much better. I'm going to stick with 10,000 for a while and add quality.
Bike went well, since it was warmer outside and I got on the MTB twice.
Running went well too, I did some longer runs this week with a double on sunday. At the end of the second run I was feeling sort of sloppy.
