With poor food choices and quality of sleep lately I had a difficult time today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better.

600 warm up
4X150 easy on 3:00 (:10 rest)
200 kick fast
4X150 moderate on 3:00 (:15 rest)
200 kick moderate
4X150 fast on 3:00 (:25 rest)
200 kick easy
100 cool down
Bike spin class
30 minutes and I was done, couldn't get HR up so I decided to stop.
