Weekly plans

Just a little bit over 12 hours. I reduced the run frequency to 5 and the swims to 3. I might try to pick up an extra hour on the bike.

Mon Run reps 1 hour ~ 7 miles
Tue Swim 2000 Bike 1 hour
Wed Run easy 1:30 to 1:45 10-12 miles
Thu Swim 2000 Bike 1 hour
Fri Run intervals 1:15 ~ 8.5 miles
Sat Swim FAST 4000 1:30 Run easy 1:10 ~ 8 miles
Sun Bike 1 hour Run 1:30 ~ 10 miles
