Swim 2000 meters about 40 minutes, cut short due to lack of energy.
Run 8 miles easy 1:12:09 HR 133 (real easy) felt OK
Sunday
Bike Cycle 60 Hills workout. Rode fairly brisk according to the class format

Run 8.5 miles easy 1:12:24 HR 143
