No more 3 a days for a little while.

Swim 2200 meters 40 minutes
Fairly easy, worked on that stupid whip kick
1000 warm up (200S,200K,200S,200K,200P)

100 Kick
200 cool down


Bike Cycle 60 spin class 1:00 HR 130.
Went pretty hard on this one and went through 3 towels but HR doesn't show it :(
