That's a lot of pulling, Jaret. How do your shoulders feel today?
I did all of the pull sets with paddles. I concentrate on stroke mechanics when I do it and my paddles are pretty small, just a little bit bigger than my hand.
It was only 2700yds, my shoulders feel great, no problems. When I use the paddles I make sure that my elbows are bent correctly at 90 degrees and everything lines up great. I could probably pull 3 times a week without issues :)
