I changed it around a little. Instead of going on 1:45 I kept dropping the interval.
20X100 as:
5X100 on 1:45 warm up
5X100 on 1:40
5X100 on 1:35
5X100 on 1:45 cool down
I could have done more but I only have so much time during lunch to swim :(
