Still sticking with the 100's for Wednesday...It's working for me.
I felt tired untill I got into the water and warmed up, then I felt great.
20X100 on 1:45 as:
5X100 warm up touch near 1:30
5X100 touch 1:25
5X100 touch 1:22 to 1:20
5X100 cool down
