Monday I took the day off. I've dug myself into a pretty deep hole and need some rest.
Tuesday
Run 5.1 miles in 42:xx
Bike 39.8 miles in 1:58:xx
Run 5.2 miles in 42:xx
1st run was at long run pace
Bike Warm up, 3X15 min hard 3 min rests, finish time in zone 3
2nd run was a little quicker than first
