800 warm up
500 as 100 hard, 100 easy, 100 hard, 100 easy, 100 hard (1:00 Rest)
500 moderate pull (:30 Rest)
500 as 100 hard, 100 easy, 100 hard, 100 easy, 100 hard (1:00 Rest)
500 pull w/paddles
200 cool down
I think I'll stick with the 500's for another week with mixed up more like today.
Run was cut short cuz of the rain. I was concerned about getting sick.
