Run about 5.25 miles in about 45 minutes HR 141. Fairly easy since I knew I would be swimming afterwards.
Swim 3000 yards in about 60 minutes
All Free and I felt pretty good
4X250 on 4:30 (came in about 3:50)
4X200 on 3:30 (came in about 3:00)
4X150 on 3:30 (came in about 2:15)
4X100 on 1:40 (came in about 1:27)
4X50 on :50 (came in about :40 to :43)
A little swim around for the cool down
