6.2 miles 49:14 HR 155

I like doing mile repeats, I feel they give me the most bang for the buck.  The next day I allmost allways run faster with a lower PE and HR.

Wednesday
Run 6.25 miles 51:31 HR 143  Seemed easy had to slow myself down.
