What the hell is up with this weather! I was hoping to get out and ride this weekend but instead was forced to compu trainer it again.
Still I did get to do 56 odd miles on the IM Wisconsin course. This is going to be a fun 112, think triple-T style course but 1/2 all the gradients.
For a rough idea I averaged 227 watts @ 122 hr which gave me a 20.3 avg mph.... compu trainer riders have crap drag profiles :P
